The Milroy volunteer Ambulance Service covers the bottom third of Rush County with AdvancecLife Support and Para Medics are available from Rushville. All volunteer are fully trained to meet and surpass all State requirements for Advanced Life Support.

Water & Sewer

The Anderson Township Water and Sewer serves Milroy with water and sanitary sewer. The sewer sysstem was recently overhauled and the water tower, pumps and well were upgraded in the late 90's. The system has plenty of capacity for growth.
